Can’t recommend Ksenia enough. As someone new to both Chicago and the renting experience (first apartment), Ksenia was incredibly patient with me. She lives in the downtown area herself, and it’s clear that she has a lot of insight about the buildings there (knew specific characteristics such as price range / noise level / quality of amenities, etc).

I chose Ksenia as my agent because, months before I started seriously searching, I looked at a few online listings and came into contact with her. I called her again a couple months later when it was closer to the date I needed a lease, and she not only remembered my name but also the exact buildings I had been interested in (two condo buildings on North LaSalle).

She did an incredible job scheduling my apartment tours. I was looking at several condos, and she impeccably coordinated with all of the landlords to schedule all my tours in a single day.
